Ajay Kandewar,Wani :- Teacher Training Workshop on NEP 2020 : नवे शैक्षणिक धोरण, राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक अभ्यासक्रम आराखडा याबद्दल सखोल माहिती या प्रशिक्षणातून शिक्षकांना देण्यात आली.”नवीन शैक्षणिक धोरण आणि शिक्षकांची भूमिका”या विषयावर मॅकरून स्टुडंट्स अकॅडमी सीबीएसई स्कूल वणी येथे (ता.16) रोजी मुख्यद्यापिका शोभना यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली कार्यशाळा संपन्न झाली.
या कार्यशाळेला प्रमुख अतिथी म्हणून निहारिका शर्मा, पॅरमाऊंट शाळेचे फैय्याज अहमद व भद्रावती मॅकरून शाळेच्या मुख्यद्यापिका राजदा सिद्दीकी व वणी मॅकरूनचा मुख्यध्यापिका शोभना व्यासपीठावर उपस्थित होते.सदर कार्यशाळेत निहारिका शर्मा यांनी राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरण २०२० विषयी माहिती दिली.या कार्यशाळेत केंद्र शासनाच्या नवीन शैक्षणिक धोरणाची माहिती तज्ज्ञांनी अतिशय साध्या पद्धतीने दिली. या कार्यशाळेला एम एस पी एम ग्रुपच्या 150 शिक्षकांनी सहभाग घेतला.
“रिसोर्स पर्सन निहारिका शर्मा यांनी आनंददायी शिक्षण, शिक्षकांपुढील आव्हाने, मोकळ्या तासाचा सदुपयोग या मुद्द्यांवर हसत खेळत, विविध कृतियुक्त सहभागातून मार्गदर्शन केले. नवीन शैक्षणिक धोरणाची अंमलबजावणी करताना शिक्षकांची भूमिका कोणती? शिक्षणातील तोचतोचपणा घालवून शिक्षकांनी आपले ज्ञान अद्ययावत करणे कसे आवश्यक आहे, यासंदर्भातही मार्गदर्शन करण्यात आले. आता अलीकडे गुरू आणि गुगलची तुलना समाज करत असताना शिक्षकाने आपण गुगलपेक्षा वेगळे आहोत हे सिद्ध करण्याची वेळ आली असल्याचे या वेळी सांगण्यात आले. अजूनही विद्यार्थी, पालक, समाज यांचा शिक्षकांवर नितांत विश्वास आहे. आता नक्किच शाळांना नव्याने चांगले दिवस येत आहेत. शिक्षकी पेशा ही नोकरी न मानता ते एक व्रत आहे या दृष्टीने शिक्षकांनी कार्य करावे, असेही या वेळी उपस्थित मान्यवरांनी मार्गदर्शन केले.”
कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन रुपाली वाघमारे तर आभार प्रदर्शन नितेश कुरेकर यांनी केले.या कार्यक्रमाच्या यशस्वीतेसाठी शिक्षक व शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी यांनी विशेष परिश्रम घेतले.

Ajay Kandewar ,Wani :- Teacher Training Workshop on NEP 2020: In-depth information about the new educational policy, national educational curriculum framework was given to the teachers through this training. “The workshop on the topic of “New Educational Policy and the Role of Teachers” was held at Macaroon Students Academy CBSE School, Wani on (16 July) under the chairmanship of Principal Shobhana.
Niharika Sharma, Faiyaz Ahmed of Paramount School and Rajda Siddiqui, Principal of Bhadravati Macaroon School and Shobhana, Principal of Wani Macaroon were present on the platform as the chief guests of this workshop. In this workshop, Niharika Sharma gave information about the National Educational Policy 2020. In this workshop, experts gave information about the new educational policy of the central government in a very simple way.
Resource Person Niharika Sharma guided through various active participation on the issues of enjoyable education, challenges faced by teachers, and proper utilization of free time. What is the role of teachers in implementing the new education policy? Guidance was also given on how teachers need to update their knowledge by eliminating the sameness in education. Now, when society is recently comparing Guru and Google, it was said that it is time for teachers to prove that they are different from Google. Students, parents, and society still have utmost faith in teachers. Now, indeed, good days are coming for schools. The dignitaries present also guided that teachers should work in the sense that teaching profession is not a job but a vow. The program was moderated by Rupali Waghmare. Teachers and non-teaching staff worked hard for the success of this program.
